Called multiple times about an old debt I don't even recognize. They wouldn't give details without me confirming personal info first. Total harassment from debt collectors.

The recipient clarified that they do not have any student loans

Claimed I had a past due bill on a payday loan from 2012, which is compleatly false, they even called my parents

Synchrony bank is aparently a scam, dont no much about it.

SCAM, they said i need to make a payment on a account i dont even have!

I received a call from this company, which identified itself as Synchrony, but after listening to music and a recorded message, I hung up before speaking with an agent, hoping it was an isolated incident.

The caller wont disclose the nature of the call, it's a scammer, they would not put me through since the person dont work here
