Today, i got a call from an Arizona number, the woman on the phone didnt give me her name and said the call was for some person named Ann Spencer, which isnt me, she said it was to process a civil complaint, but she didnt say what it was about or who the client was.

A voicemail was left on my cousin's cell phone, presumably regarding a civil suit, although it's unclear how they obtained the number.
The call was suppost to be for my wife, but she never used this number, the call came from a 743 number, they said they were trying to serve her
This number has called me and my family repeteadly, and when I called back, they refused to provide any information about the purpose of the call or their identity, and even threatened to take me to court, which I beleive is ilegal, and when I mencioned contacting the BBB, the lady became rude and hung up on me!
A lady claimed to be collecting a debt from a payday loan company, and knew my last adress and workplace, but i dont have any payday loans, and havent worked there in over 10 years, and she was very rude and threatenning, it was a mix of a person and a robotic voice, apperantly
She made threats, claiming I lived in California, wich is not true, she's making alot of empty threats
This number keeps calling, demanding payment for a debt, but they have never sent a proof of debt letter, the amount they ask for changes every time, i have blocked them
For three months, I have been receiving daily calls from this individual, who claims to be pursuing litigation but fails to specify the nature of the complaint. The calls have become so frequent that I have stopped answering, and now the person leaves voicemails instead.
