It's no surprise that everyone has received the same message, given the recent credit agency scandal. Court notifications are typically sent via mail, not threatening phone calls from out-of-state numbers. The fact that this number is making such calls is suspicious.
Weinberg Mediators contacted me, claiming to be representing a creditor and stating that I had taken out a loan, although they had some correct information, the majority of their claims were false, and they harassed my wife.
