Harassment is not just about riding a motorbike and honking the horn loudly to scare people, or riding fast and suddenly scaring them, it is also about these scam numbers that constantly call different people, like what happend to me, i was sleeping after work and i was very tired, but after 5 minutes this annoying number called me and i answered by mistake, and then they called me again an hour later
The purpose of the call was market research

You don't need to worry; this number belongs to AsiaTech, and if it were a scam, it would have been reported and removed from service by now, as many people would have searched for it and reported it to the police; these calls usually happen when you register your number on a site for something like buying tickets or booking a hotel
There is a possibility that this number belongs to a military organization, initially pretending to be from an advertising company, and despite being blocked, they continue to make contact, raising concerns about being followed and the need to evade them
