Pandangan pakar
Beware of unexpected calls claiming to be from VTB; they often mask fraudulent intent. The voice may sound official, but the lack of verification and pressure tactics are red flags. Never share personal data, account numbers, or passwords over the phone. If the caller asks for a transfer or payment, hang up and contact the bank through its official channels. Use call‑blocking apps and report suspicious numbers to your carrier. Keep a log of the call details—time, number, and script—to aid future investigations and protect others from similar scams.
