They called repeatedly, but I didn't answer. When I finally did, they said my two 'tahüt' had expired and needed to be renewed. However, I had already renewed my home internet two months prior, so I told them I would call them back regarding the internet issue. They agreed and said they would assist me immediately, but when I tried to call them back, the number was invalid, and I couldn't reach them.
