Somebody named Nur hanım called me, we talked and then i said i wasnt interested, she hung up on me, if it was a safe institution, they wouldnt hang up on me, it seems like scamming

With the Ankara area code, numerous numbers with different last four digits have called me, and when I answer, they hang up immediately after saying 'hello'
They're trying to sell modems, claiming that the Superonline fiber infrastructure is changing, and that internet service won't be provided otherwise; they're manipulative, and when we contacted the support team, they said there was no such Superonline representative, confirming that they're scammers
