Apparently, I received a call from a collection agency claiming I had a debt of 50 TL, but they didn't request any documentation. However, when I contacted Turknet, they informed me that I had no outstanding balance.
When i answered the call, i listeend to music for a while then a women claiming to be from türknet law firm asked for my ID number, i didnt want to talk so i hangd up, havent had any conection with türknet for 2 years

When I answered the call, I was put on hold for a while, then a woman claimed to be from a law firm, stating I owed money to Turknet and asked for my ID number
