The company in question, trade12, is involved in foreign exchange and stock trading, with the caller claiming to be based in London despite having an Indian accent, and justifying the use of a local number as a means to avoid international fees
Silent call, just rang and hung up—very frustrating.

I got a call from somone with a forign accent, they wanted to sell me somthing, but i told them to go away
