Мнение эксперта
It seems +62489901097 is primarily associated with Wheelchair Rugby New Zealand, a charity that frequently calls to solicit donations. Many users report being called multiple times a day, even after blocking the number, which indicates a persistent and somewhat aggressive approach. Some calls end abruptly, and others involve loud breathing or hang-ups, adding a layer of creepiness. If you receive a call from this number, be cautious and verify the caller's identity before providing any personal information or financial details. If the calls become too frequent or annoying, consider blocking the number and reporting it to your service provider.

I have no idea who this is; there’s hold music, then someone answers briefly before the call ends abruptly—likely a number‑verification attempt.
