PLDT impersonation scam: stop the endless drops! - +63 2 8000 0007 ((02) 8000 0007)
Zhrnutie — +630280000007
Názor experta
Hang up immediately if the call disconnects as soon as you answer. Calls from +630280000007 repeatedly drop, claim to be from PLDT, and ask for personal data such as birthdate or account numbers. Treat any unsolicited request for verification as suspicious and never share details over a dead‑air line. Add the number to your phone’s block list, register with the national Do‑Not‑Call registry, and report the incident to PLDT’s fraud desk or the telecom regulator. Verify any legitimate PLDT outreach through the official customer portal or by calling the known company hotline. Keep a log of timestamps to help authorities trace the pattern.
