The call, identified as Suncorp, was a follow‑up on a transaction inquiry I had filed.
So a woman claimed she was from Suncorp Bank, asked me to confirm my account details and answer personal questions. Totally bogus, a straight‑up scam, man.
Initially I thought the Suncorp staff number was a scam, but the caller said he needed to discuss my account. I refused, and he said the call would be logged for me to check at a branch. Went to Suncorp next day and the staff confirmed someone had indeed called about an issue. Wild, huh.
