A representative from the wine concierge club, claiming to be Zac, contacted me despite my prior request to be removed from their contact list, inquiring if they could still reach out to me, which was quite perplexing.

Expert Opinion
Zac from the Wine Concierge Club called, despite you requesting to be removed from their list, to check if they could still contact you. This is a clear case of disregarding customer preferences, which is frustrating and unprofessional. If you receive such calls, firmly tell them you do not wish to be contacted and consider blocking the number. It’s also a good idea to report them to the relevant authorities if they persist. Stay vigilant and protect your privacy.
