Got a text from this number saying they need evidence for the Tasmanian Police. It's the second one I've seen, the first came from a different line with multiple complaints – total scam, man!
Got a text from this line saying they needed proof for the Tasmanian Police – it's the second one after another number that already got plenty of complaints, so yeah, definitely a scam.
Just received a scam text from this number claiming I needed to send private info and click a link or call a bogus Western Australia police ID. I verified with the police and found it was false.
