Unsure about the caller, the number that rang was a slight variation of this one. It kept calling nonstop, but I ignored it. I was awaiting a client call whose number wasn't saved, so I returned the call. There was no voicemail and no answer, after which the persistent calls resumed. I ended up blocking it.
