They claim to be from JB HiFi and say I've won a prize, but they dont even know my name. Sketchy.

Opinia expertului
Users report that calls from +61402582912 claim to be from JB Hi-Fi, notifying them of a prize. However, the caller often fails to address the recipient by name, which is a red flag. The purpose seems to be a phishing attempt or a scam to gather personal information. If you receive such a call, do not provide any personal details. Instead, hang up and verify the legitimacy of the call by contacting JB Hi-Fi directly through their official customer service number. Stay vigilant and skeptical of unsolicited calls offering prizes or rewards.
