The person on the other end knew my name, asked to speak to me, claimed to be from AGL, and advised they are going to change my plan to cheaper rates, that I dont need to do anything, he just needs to read the spiel/brochure and would then send an email confirming the offer, I advised him I dont have time to listen to the spiel as I am at work and he hung up straight away.
