A Suncorp representative claimed a secure code update, yet I don’t bank with them and the SMS went to a non‑personal number, urging an immediate call.
Someone posed as Suncorp Insurance, texted me about a "secure code" update, asked for ID, and offered a mortgage insurance refund before I hung up and verified the number wasn't theirs.
