Nachdem ich angedroht hatte, den Fall dem Staatsanwalt zu übergeben, falls weiterhin angerufen würde, rief die Person mehrfach hintereinander an. Daraufhin wurde mir bösartig geantwortet: Wenn ich einen Zählerwechsel ablehne, wird mir jetzt eben der Strom abgeklemmt. Ich hatte weder einen Zählerwechsel in Auftrag gegeben noch einen Wechselauftrag erteilt. Der Fall wurde entsprechend an die Kripo übergeben!
Eine Anruferin wollte persönliche Daten am Telefon abfragen. Als ich ihr sagte, sie könne mir die Anfrage gern postalisch oder per E-Mail zukommen lassen, damit ich die Seriosität prüfen könne, antwortete sie lediglich, dies sei „nicht möglich“ und solche Daten würden nur telefonisch abgefragt. Als sie mir jedoch meine Adresse als „Seriositätsnachweis“ nannte, beunruhigte mich das etwas, weil sie die Adresse bereits kannte. Insgesamt wirkte der Anruf für mich nicht vertrauenswürdig. Am Ende des Telefonats wurde die Dame zudem pampig, und der allgemeine Geräuschpegel im Hintergrund war ebenfalls sehr hoch.
Ausgezeichnete Beratung, jetzt habe ich einen dynamischen Tarif und zahle für meinen Strom weniger. Danke.
Ich weiß nicht, worum es ging. Auf meinem Handy wurde beim Klingeln lediglich „Spamverdacht“ angezeigt. Ich habe den Anruf abgewiesen und die Nummer blockiert.
