With ENERGA's recent price hike from ~60gr/kWh to ~80 starting in January, they're offering a 1% discount, which is quite ironic considering the additional +30zł handover fee. It's clear that nothing in life comes for free, so it's best to avoid them.

Expert Opinion

Miejsce to przychodnia wojskowa zlokalizowana w Toruniu.
This is a call from ENERGA-OBRÓT/ENERGA SA, offering a switch to a non-tariff pricing plan, which includes a commercial fee of 34.99 zł/month, resulting in an annual increase of nearly 420 zł, the representative was unprofessional and disconnected the call

Scammer alert
This is a number from Energa or their affiliates, not someone impersonating them. They call from at least two different numbers (another ends in 12). They encourage signing additional agreements like fuel cards, with promises of refunds but also involve trading fees, deceive older individuals ('something of yours is about to expire'), and request personal info ('please provide your birthdate'). If you're not interested in changing your contract, it's best to ignore or disconnect. An offer from Energa arrived by mail to confirm the conversation, mentioning a follow-up contact to make the annex valid. It was canceled at an Energa point, and the number was blocked as a precaution.
The person claim to be from Energa operator, but the conversation was weird and they tryed to get my informations in a tricky way, so i call the Energa costumer service and they confirm that the call wasnt from them
Received Energa spam and blocked the number since it changes frequently among my blocked contacts

Possibly ENERGA, since they knew my address, name, and surname, and most importantly, how many meters I have. They probably wanted to impose some offer that could not be refused...
