A man claiming to represent the Road Accident Department contacted me, inquiring about a recent accident, but I informed him his methods were unlawful, as he failed to conduct a DPA check and was making unsolicited calls under a false pretense.

They claimed to be from Viva insurance regarding a supposed car accident in the last two years. When I requested their details and contact number, I was told they could not disclose any "personal" information and that my contact details were given to them by the Vehicle Insurance group, who allegedly informed them of my "car accident", which I never had. Scammer involved in a car accident

Compensation scam for a car accident. They called me, and I kept the little #### on the line for 7 minutes before I lost interest and told him to go forth and multiply.

An Asian gentleman called claiming to be from the vehicle insurance group, stating I’d been in an accident. Informed him I handle car insurance claims and his call was nonsense. He hung up immediately. Guess he didn’t want to speak to someone who knows the industry.

Immediately hung up after ringing me

During the call, an individual with an Asian accent claimed to be from an official accident agency, prompting me to terminate the conversation and block the number.

An Indian scammer :))), he mentioned a minor accident. I replied the only bump I’ve had was last year when I bumped into his backside. Not sure why he got upset and ended the call. What a shame

This call was identified as a scam

A caller insisted I was due compensation from an accident involving an Avila-insured driver. Despite my refusal, they persisted and even called back after I hung up. They refused to provide any details and eventually lashed out before ending the call. I’d appreciate any help in stopping this scammer.
