Clearly a scam. 1. They hang up as soon as you answer. 2. The +44 prefix shows the call is originating from outside the UK. Such call centres ought to be banned.
Someone rang today asking for my name, address, postcode and then immediately for a password – I instantly thought it was a scam, as Sky would never request a password. They tried to push Domestic and General insurance with four months free, which I declined.
