I've blocked this number, but they persist in calling twice daily, as evident from my blocked numbers list, which leads me to beleive it's not actually Virgin Media, as they would not harass customers in such a manner, having called me five times already.
Upon answering, the caller purported to be a representative from Virgin Media, inquiring to speak with an individual named Janet. After responding with 'wrong number' and terminating the call, it became apparent that this could have been a cold call, an honest mistake, or a phishing attempt, given that my number is not listed and I have no affiliation with Virgin Media.
An individual claiming to be from Virgin Media requested address information and hung up when declined, which is unprofessional behavior for an official representative.
