Opini ahli
It seems like Npower, a well-known energy supplier, has been making numerous calls to customers, often at inconvenient times and with varying intentions. Some callers are genuine, seeking meter readings or following up on complaints, while others appear to be scams, asking for personal details or pushing unwanted services. If you receive such calls, exercise caution and verify the caller's identity by checking your account details. If in doubt, hang up and call Npower directly using the number on your bill. It’s also wise to block suspicious numbers and report any harassment to the relevant authorities. Stay vigilant and protect your personal information.

Upon picking up, the line went dead, suspecting npower scams
I suspect this call might be related to my complaint to Npower, but by the time I answered, the line was dead, which is frustrating as they could have simply responded via the same channel as my complaint.
NPower Customer Services contacted me regarding their latest error at my address. I have no interest in speaking with them, so I've blocked the number.
NPower has been making harassing calls even after we escalated our complaint to the Ombudsman. They shouldn't be contacting us directly anymore, as this violates the terms of our complaint.
