This appears to be a fraudulent Cricut support call.
Last week I was contacted by someone saying they were from ZoneFirewall and wanted to upgrade my system; they took control of my computer, I shut it down straight away, and the caller was clearly a fraud.
A person claiming to be an HP engineer contacted me about upgrading my printer.
The caller pretended to be from Canon printers offering computer setup assistance, then demanded payment after we fell for their original scam, also claiming affiliation with McAfee.
