I had to check with my bank and they told me this number is not asociated with RBS, I got 5 calls from them today and it needs to be looked into

I contacted RBS from my landline, and they checked my account; there were no notes about any telephone enquiries. Clearly, these individuals have manipulated their phone to appear as a genuine RBS number.
