A person claiming to be from Microsoft contacted me, but it was clear that he was a total scammer, he became aggresive and used abusive language when I confronted him about the scam, I have now bloked his number.

Received a call about my BY Home Hub's internet connection two days after getting a new one for the Digital Voice service. Different number this time.
The call was silent at first, with vague background noises. A woman with an Asian accent spoke, but her name was unclear. When I asked her to repeat, she accused me of being rude. I apologised and asked her to continue, but she used extreme language and hung up. This was a scam call, and I've had several similar ones recently.
