A text was received claiming to be from Octopus Energy, containing a link and a phone number, which appears to be a phishing attempt.
A text message was received from this number, and although I did not open it, the preview suggested it was related to Affinity Water, a company I am not familiar with, and as I do not have a household account, it seems irrelevant to me.
Receiving messages from juice plus is becoming bothersome. I'm unfamiliar with the company and have no outstanding debts, making these scam texts particularly distressing.
Got this message: “Juice Plus has handed your account (ref 12956468) to Zinc Group for management. Manage it online at https://bit.ly/3Ucm4tr.” I’ve never dealt with Juice Plus or Zinc Group. The link seems suspicious. It caused unnecessary stress until I realised it was a scam. Shame on them!
