A caller pretended to represent Citizens Advice and alleged I owed debts. I told him I didn’t and hung up.
I returned the missed call, they answered, and after I asked how I could assist they claimed to be a debt‑help agency; when I said I had no debts, they abruptly ended the call.
A voice claimed I owed money, I denied it, and they simply said "OK" before ending the call.
A cold‑call from a debt‑help service tried to enrol me, opening with “we have information you owe money,” apologized for the intrusion, and identified as Debt Help UK, though I couldn’t locate them online.
