Opinión del experto
Ever wonder why a call from an unfamiliar number feels off? This one claims to represent BT, a UK telecom provider, but features an Indian-sounding male voice—classic red flags for impersonation scams. These fraudsters often spoof legitimate names to gain trust, pushing for personal details or remote access to your devices. Hang up immediately if something doesn't add up; never share info or click links. Report suspicious calls to authorities like the FCC or your phone carrier to help curb these nuisances. Stay vigilant—verify caller identity through official channels, enable spam blocking, and consider apps like Truecaller for added protection.
