Expert Opinion
Be wary of unsolicited calls pushing will updates, especially if they switch from seeming human to automated. Such tactics are common in scams targeting vulnerable folks, aiming to extract personal details or push dodgy services. Hang up immediately and never share info over the phone. Verify any legitimate queries by contacting the organisation directly using known numbers from official sources. If it feels off, report it to Action Fraud to help curb these nuisances. Block the number and consider registering with the Telephone Preference Service to reduce unwanted calls.
