I called back and spoke to a company called “Best Quotes”; I suspect they’re linked to the recent housing repair scam circulating.

I said I wasn't interested, yet he persisted, even asking if we owned a home. I ended the conversation, hung up, and blocked the number. This was the second similar call today, also blocked—clearly a scam.
