Expertomdöme
It's astonishing how often fraudsters masquerade as trusted entities to extract information. This call, purporting to verify a business address for Google Maps, exhibits classic hallmarks of a phishing attempt designed to harvest sensitive details. Businesses and individuals alike should never share personal or company data over unsolicited calls. Instead, independently contact the organisation via their official website or known number to verify legitimacy. Hang up immediately on anything dubious, and report to Action Fraud if you suspect foul play. Enable call blocking features on your phone to minimise such nuisances.
