Hello, it appears this number is associated with EDF. Their app prompted me to text for details on switching away from EDF. I sent the message through the app on 15/01/2025 at 10:48, but the reply only came on 16/01/2025 at 15:10—perhaps not fraudulent, merely a sluggish energy provider.

It's infuriating to see these scammers preying on vulnerable individuals.
