This morning, I received a call from someone claiming to be a solicitor from the Advice Bureau, speaking with an Indian accent, who attempted to convince me that I could have my outstanding debt written off under government legislation - I promptly ended the call, believing it to be a scam.
Claimed I had an outstanding debt, which I don't. Told them so, and they hung up. Scam!
This number is associated with a Citizens Advice scam, and I've taken steps to block it.

For the past week, I have been receiving persistent calls from this number
Apparently, they claimed to be conducting credit investigations, but I informed them they had the wrong person! Obviosly, they are after bank detalis, what a scam!
I was contacted by someone claiming to be from Citizen Advice and the FCA, stating I had debts; when I disputed this, they became aggressive and hung up.
