Expertenmeinung
This is a classic tech support scam where fraudsters pretend to be from Microsoft to trick you into giving remote access to your computer or paying for fake fixes. They often claim there's a virus or security issue to create panic. Good on you for hanging up immediately—that's the smartest move. Never share personal info, passwords, or let them install anything. If you're worried about your PC, run a scan with trusted antivirus software like Malwarebytes. Block the number and report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov to help stop these crooks from bothering others.
