After greeting, the line went silent and I blocked the number.
An Indian woman called, asked for me by name and inquired about my doctor's surgery and my satisfaction with the treatment; I told her I wasn't discussing my affairs and hung up.
When I answered with a greeting, the caller instantly recognized my name, I confirmed it was me, then the line went dead and they hung up – looks like a scam.
