A text arrived from this number at 02:54 am on 18/9/25 claiming to be from the DVLA, saying my payment hadn't gone through and urging me to update my details via //rebrand.ly/j4h0o20 to avoid fines. I haven't dealt with the DVLA recently, so it looks like another scam.
