Expert Opinion
If you get a call from +4471730858553 claiming to be from Vanquis Bank, treat it with caution. Many scammers spoof bank names to trick you into handing over personal details or confirming passwords. Never share your account number, PIN, or OTP over the phone unless you initiated the call and have verified the number independently. Hang up and call the official bank number from a statement or the bank's website to confirm any request. Keep a record of the call details – time, number, and what was said – in case you need to report it to the fraud team. Staying sceptical and double‑checking can save you from a costly scam.
