Asiantuntijan arvio
Users report receiving automated calls pretending to be from customs authorities about unpaid fines and driving points, but these are clear scams designed to extract personal details or payments. Hang up immediately without engaging, as legitimate bodies like HMRC never demand instant payment over the phone or threaten arrest. Block the number on your device to prevent repeats, and report it to Action Fraud for investigation. Keep records of any calls for evidence, and consider registering with the Telephone Preference Service to cut down on nuisance calls. Stay vigilant—scammers often use urgency to pressure you.
