If you’re being pressured after an unexpected call, STOP. NatWest will never ask you to move money. We’ll call shortly to discuss.' This was followed by two missed calls and a voicemail urging me to call back. I ignored it, forwarded the message to NatWest’s fraud line, and hope my report helps.
The messages came at night within an existing NatWest chat, looking authentic, then another text from a mobile followed. On closer look the details were off. After contacting NatWest, they advised freezing the cards and speaking to the fraud team during business hours. A call from this number left a voicemail with incorrect information. It’s clearly a scam, likely masking the real number, with several texts trying to extract personal data. NatWest’s fraud department confirmed the fraud.

After dialing the official NatWest number, I confirmed the call was a scam; they even spoofed the bank's text service to make their message sit among genuine threads. Hang up and ignore – it will eventually try to siphon money from your account.
Allegedly the NatWest fraud team knew my full name, the last four digits of my card and my home phone number. It turned out to be a recording, not a real person – treat with caution and ring back the fraud hotline on your card to verify who Gamma/Telecom Holdings really are.
