Found it highly suspicious as they claimed to represent EDF, which is not my service provider.
This individual claimed to be from a Youth Crime Mitigation group affiliated with the Police, which appears to be a scam.
Scammers contacted me, claiming to be from LCS company. They sent an electricity bill, but I don't have a meter in my name. They tried to change the phone number slightly to collect payments. Be cautious.

Two calls were received from this number this morning, but on both occasions, there was no response when the phone was answered.
A call center demanded payment, claiming I owed money. This was odd since I had recently changed my landline number, and only family members knew it. When I questioned the caller about her permission to contact me, she defiantly replied, 'I don’t need permission.' A loud whistle was blown into her ear, and she eventually hung up. They tried calling again and received the same response. Clearly a scam.
