Ekspertvurdering
This call screams scam alert—the caller posing as Virgin Media fishing for wifi and device details is a classic tactic to build a profile for phishing or hacking. Hanging up when questioned shows evasion, not legitimacy. Treat these as high-risk nuisances; never share personal tech info over unsolicited calls. Block the number immediately, report to Ofcom or Action Fraud, and enable call screening on your phone to filter unknowns. If they ring back, log the time and details for patterns—staying vigilant keeps scammers at bay without giving them a foothold.
