Following a call I received, it appears to be from their fraud department. I had been attempting to purchase an item advertised on YouTube, but there seemed to be an issue, and the representative informed me that the company may be fraudulent, having been previously reported, which is why I received the call. Should I encounter the advert again on YouTube, I will report it.

My branch confirmed that this IS their fraud line, it also flashed up on my app, she didn’t ask for any details that scammers usually ask for like passwords etc, they’ve cancelled my card now just in case.
