They transferred me to a supervisor with a strong Indian accent. I kept the line active to see where it would go. They asked for my landlord’s name (which I don’t have) and fabricated a story, then urged me to add them on WhatsApp. I said I don’t use WhatsApp, yet they insisted they could see I do. When I questioned how they knew, they accused me of spinning a tale. I called them out as scammers, which provoked abusive language from them. No legitimate company would behave like that—steer clear, it’s a scam.
