A person mentioned a bump I experienced and inquired if I was eligible for any compensation. When I expressed my inability to afford car repairs and my dissatisfaction with the situation, she seemed a bit confused and asked if I had reported it to my insurance. I explained that it wasn’t worth it since I didn’t know who had damaged my car and was fairly certain it was hit by a shopping trolley while I was out shopping! She quickly ended the call.
