I responded with 'IT Service Desk' and immediately hung up; number blocked.

An Indian gentleman inquired about my vehicle finance, which I don’t have.
An Indian gentleman somehow knew my first name; his speech was hard to follow, and when he mentioned compensation I told him I wasn’t interested and to stop calling.
The caller used my first name and claimed they wanted to discuss a car finance claim, but refused to say where they got my number – clearly a scam since you can file such claims yourself.
