The number keeps dialing me with different last two digits each time. It’s maddening; I blocked it but they still get through somehow.

Have you ever wondered why some callers just won't take no for an answer? These persistent nuisances from numbers like this one keep changing digits to dodge blocks, turning your phone into a battlefield of unwanted rings. It's classic harassment tactics, often linked to spammers or scammers testing for vulnerable lines. Don't engage if they get through—simply hang up and report to your network provider. Strengthening your spam filters and using call-blocking apps can help, but staying vigilant is key. If it escalates, log details for authorities; peace of mind shouldn't come at the cost of endless irritation.
