Expert Opinion
It seems you've received a call from what appears to be a scam operation masquerading as a local energy adviser. The caller, who wouldn't disclose how they obtained your number, was pushing a loft insulation service. This is a common tactic used by scammers to gather personal information or to lure you into a fraudulent deal. If you receive such calls, it's best to hang up immediately and report the number to your local trading standards office. Be wary of unsolicited offers and always verify the caller's identity through official channels before sharing any personal details. Stay safe!
