The caller pretended to be from Curry’s head office. He had all my details from the ID Mobile app. I foolishly revealed my address. He demanded £200 upfront for a phone upgrade. He seemed so genuine—they really know their tricks. I said I’d visit Curry’s, and he abruptly hung up.

I strongly suspect this to be a scamming attempt
I recieved a scam email from Tesco Bank, warning me about suspicious activity on a account i dont even have, and they told me to call this number
I think this might genuinely be Carphone Warehouse since I looked at upgrades yesterday. Still, I don’t need a salesperson calling—I can handle it myself.
Claimed to be Carphone Warehouse, they knew about my order but when I refused a credit check the lady just said thanks and hung up, seem's like a scam or very rude customer service
